Operations Manager - process improvement (Indianapolis, IN)

Foxglove Clear Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Indianapolis, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
