Operations Manager - process improvement (Indianapolis, IN)

Silverline Clear Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
