Operations Manager - process improvement (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
