Operations Manager - process improvement (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ashton Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
