Operations Manager - process improvement (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Hollow Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
