Operations Manager - process improvement (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Forge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Honolulu, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 860 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
