Operations Manager - process improvement (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Meadow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Honolulu region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
