Operations Manager - process improvement (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Sparrow Energy is an energy provider in Hartford focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
