Operations Manager - process improvement (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Oak Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Hartford region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
