Operations Manager - process improvement (Fresno, CA)

Bright Basin Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
