Operations Manager - process improvement (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lakeside Transit Planning Partners and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
