Operations Manager - process improvement (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Quarry Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Fresno, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
