Operations Manager - process improvement (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fresno, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
