Operations Manager - process improvement (Fresno, CA)

Bright Birch Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Fresno region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
