Operations Manager - process improvement (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
