Operations Manager - process improvement (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Quill Facilities Associates is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
