Operations Manager - process improvement (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
