Operations Manager - process improvement (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Clear Farms Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
