Operations Manager - process improvement (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Basin Facilities Group looks after properties across the Denver region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 466 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
