Operations Manager - process improvement (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Meridian Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Denver, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
