Operations Manager - process improvement (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Keystone Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
