Operations Manager - process improvement (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Glen Facilities Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
