Operations Manager - process improvement (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Dallas working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
