Operations Manager - process improvement (Dallas, TX)

Summit Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Dallas. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
