Operations Manager - process improvement (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Pine Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Dallas, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
