Operations Manager - process improvement (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
