Operations Manager - process improvement (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Nest Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Columbus region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
