Operations Manager - process improvement (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bridge Freight Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer tracking and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
