Operations Manager - process improvement (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Cedar Foods Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 962 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
