Operations Manager - process improvement (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Hollow Foods is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
