Operations Manager - process improvement (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Amber Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
