Operations Manager - process improvement (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Harbor Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
