Operations Manager - process improvement (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Fox Construction is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
