Operations Manager - process improvement (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Cincinnati plant, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
