Operations Manager - process improvement (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
