Operations Manager - process improvement (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group is a Charlotte company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
