Operations Manager - process improvement (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Orchard Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
