Operations Manager - process improvement (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Glen Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Charlotte region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
