Operations Manager - process improvement (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Charleston with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 250 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
