Operations Manager - process improvement (Charleston, SC)

Bright Quarry Energy Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
