Operations Manager - process improvement (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Cedar Stone Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
