Operations Manager - process improvement (Boston, MA)

Clearpath Stone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Boston working with agencies and riders, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
