Operations Manager - process improvement (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Birch Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
