Operations Manager - process improvement (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Quill Facilities looks after properties across the Baltimore region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 904 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
