Operations Manager - process improvement (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Nova Bridge Environmental Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 947 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
