Operations Manager - process improvement (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Pine Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Atlanta, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
