Operations Manager - process improvement (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Yarrow Facilities is a facilities company in Atlanta with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
