Operations Manager - process improvement (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Atlanta focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
