Operations Manager - process improvement (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
