Operations Manager - process improvement (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Meridian Facilities looks after properties across the Anchorage region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
